UnitingCare Queensland (UCQ), one of Australia’s largest charities, operates with over 17,000 employees and nearly 10,000 volunteers across 460 locations, spanning from the Gold Coast to the Northern Territories.
When tasked with recruiting hundreds of support staff in a very short timeframe, UCQ realised their existing onboarding process was no longer fit for purpose. Their current all-in-one recruitment software had limitations that hindered efficiency, compliance, and the overall onboarding experience.
