UnitingCare Queensland (UCQ), one of Australia’s largest charities, operates with over 17,000 employees and nearly 10,000 volunteers across 460 locations, spanning from the Gold Coast to the Northern Territories.

Recruitment software wasn't enough

UnitingCare Qld had been relying on their existing recruitment software to facilitate new employee onboarding. While it was functional, it was far from ideal. This became evident when a large-scale recruitment project demanded onboarding hundreds of new support staff under tight deadlines.
